Seafrozen
Vessels
Our 3 factory freezer vessels catch and process between 400 and 650 tons of fish per trip. The main species processed onboard are whole Squid, Hake HGT, Rouget and Hawkfish.
All our vessels operate under HACCP manuals and protocols, and are approved for export to our key markets, including the FDA (USA), the EU , GACC (China) and Russia.
Coastal
Vessels
Our 8 coastal vessels work in pairs, supplying the fresh raw material that has made us Uruguay's leading fish processors and exporters.
Sourcing our own raw material and processing it in our own plant gives us a clear advantage in controlling the quality of the fish for the most demanding markets worldwide.
